Arc flash risk analysis calculates the incident energy that can impact the worker’s body or face in the event of such an incident. With this study, plans and decisions can be made to prevent injuries to maintenance personnel:

• Develops an electrical safety plan.
• Selects the appropriate PPE.
• Creates permits to work with energized equipment.
• Identifies locations with high risk potential, where work with energized equipment should be avoided.
• Compliance with NFPA 70E, OSHA, NEC, NOM, STPS.
